We moulded a raised design into the bottom of this beer mug, just like the rest of the Topographic collection. From the side, it looks like a mountain. But we wanted to take the idea further: viewed from above through the glass, the same shape reveals a wolf's head.

One shape, two different designs depending on your viewing angle.
Beer-themed gifts are often bottle openers, T-shirts or glasses that only get used once.
This is no novelty item: it is a sturdy 600 ml beer mug with a thick base.
These designs were not created at random: each relief was carefully refined so the animal can be clearly recognised from above.

Choosing one animal over another already means thinking of someone. The wolf for the person who never moves forward alone, the bear for the person who never does things by halves...
You are not just choosing a beer mug. You are choosing an animal.
There is no need to add wrapping paper. The presentation box already makes an impression: a kraft, khaki and orange cube featuring the brand's topographic pattern.
We did not want to create a box that needed to be hidden under wrapping paper. Each side features part of the Alaskan Maker world: the animal, the collection and the mountain.
Each beer mug is first moulded, then finished by hand.
Molten glass is pressed into a mould so the relief takes on the exact intended shape. Each piece is then individually finished and polished by hand.
This beer mug is dishwasher-safe. However, hand-washing is still the best way to preserve every detail of the relief over time.
