You have received your products but the size or model doesn't suit you? Don't worry! You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to request an exchange or refund. (Returns accepted until January 30th for orders placed between 30/11 and 25/12) You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

The approach:

▪️ Login to your account

▪️ Go to the "order history" page.

▪️ Then click on the order containing the product(s) to be returned.

▪️ Click on "detail".

▪️ Tick the box for the product(s) concerned.

▪️ Click on "generate a return" and indicate the reason for the return.

The return is at the Customer's risk. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. Please send your return to the following address:

Once your package has been received at our premises, we will do our best to process the returned items within 3 working days. During sales and holiday periods, these times may be longer. Please note that these times do not include shipping to and from our premises.

The size doesn't fit you? To exchange an item from your order, simply make a return request and tell us which product you would like in exchange. To follow the process, refer to the insert "How to return an item for a return?" We will contact you to arrange the exchange as it is not always necessary to return the complete product.

Given the unique nature of the personalised article, it can be neither taken back nor exchanged in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code:

"The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, for contracts : (...) 3° For the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised ...".

We recommend that you devote the necessary time and attention to the creation of your article!
