What can I do if I don't receive my order?
First, go to your order tracking and click on the relevant order. Make sure it hasn't already been delivered or attempted for delivery, and ensure that the delivery address matches the one you provided. If you detect any irregularity and if the delivery date has passed, send us a message via the contact form, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please take the time to double-check your cart before finalizing your purchases because it is impossible to modify your order. We prepare all your packages within 24 hours, so to guarantee a fast and efficient shipment of your packages, we cannot modify your orders after validation. However, you can cancel your order as long as it is not being prepared. Go to My Account and then Your Order History. If your order is still in "Payment Accepted," the "Cancel Order" button will appear. The refund will be processed within 5 working days. For all other order statuses, it is no longer possible to cancel it. However, we still have a solution to offer you:
  • If you have opted for delivery to a pickup point, simply do not pick up your package, and it will automatically be returned to us within 10 days. Upon receipt, we will proceed with the refund of your order.
  • If you have chosen home delivery, upon receipt of your package, if you confirm your wish to cancel your order, simply make a return request through your personal space on the Alaskan MAKER website.
I have to change my delivery and billing addresses: what’s the process?
Before an order, you can easily modify your addresses on your account page “my addresses”. If you already place an order, you can contact our Customer service to make a modification delivery or billing address before 12pm maximum. Beyond that, your order will be sent and any modification won’t be possible. The modification of your billing address will be noticeable only if it’s modified before the dispatch of your order.
How can I verify the status of my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the following information. Your order is prepared during the morning before 12pm. We don’t prepare or dispatch orders during week-ends or bank holidays.
My product arrived defective.

I received the wrong product / a product is missing.
