How can I return an article?
If you received an article but the size or the item is not suitable for you, don’t worry! You have 30 days from the date of receipt to ask for a return. (Returns are accepted until January 31 for all orders placed between 15/11 and 31/12).
The return cost is your appointment.
The process:
- Log in to your account
- Go to “order history and details”
- Click on the order which contain the product(s) you want to return click on details
- Click on details
- Tik the case of the concerned product(s)
- Click on “generate a return” and indicate the reason of the return
- You can download and print the return voucher from your account in the tab “my goods return”. Put it in your package.
The return is on your own responsibility. The product has to be sent in its original wrapping and condition.

How much time will it take to send back my article for a return ?
When we receive your package, we do as much as we can to handle the return articles in 3 working days. During the holidays, this time can be extended. Plus, this time does not contain the conveyance in and out of our office.
Can we exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges due to logistical reasons, but you can request a return. Upon receiving your package at our facilities, we will refund you within 15 business days. You can also place a new order on our website in the meantime.
Can we return a personalised item?
Considering the unique character of the product, it cannot be returned or exchanged in compliance with the article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code: “The client has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal (…) an exception is made to the exercise of this right of withdrawal for Product Orders containing a specific personalisation element directly chosen by the Client” We recommend you to pay attention to the creation of your personalised item!
