How can I track my order?
When your order will be sent, you will receive an email with your order information. Then, you can follow its delevery.
My package has been sent to another pick-up point.
Your package has not arrived at the pick-up point you selected. We'll explain why this can happen: For deliveries, we rely on a delivery service: Chronopost. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is under their responsibility. It may happen that the delivery person does not drop off the package at the pick-up point you selected if it is closed or overloaded (during the Christmas period, some pick-up points are overwhelmed). In that case, they will deposit it at another pick-up point. This is completely beyond our control, and we are not informed of these delivery changes. However, we understand that it can be problematic for you, especially if the pick-up point is far from your location. If you encounter this issue, you can contact us, and we will find a solution together!

I haven't received my order confirmation
If you haven't received your order confirmation, you can:
- Check your spam folder.
- Or make sure your email is correctly entered in your account. To do this, visit your customer area, "Your personal information." If your email is not correctly entered, you can modify it.
My package hasn't moved in over 48 hours.
If you haven't received any updates on your package, or if it has been stuck for more than 48 hours, please send us a message via the contact form. We will do our best to assist you.
I haven't gone to collect my package from the pickup point.
After a period of 10 days at the pickup point without retrieval on your part, your package is automatically returned to our warehouse. Contact us via the contact form so that we can arrange for a full refund of the amount of your order. The refund will be processed using the payment method you used during the purchase.
