Whether you're a Sunday cook or a seasoned chef, it's important that your utensils can accompany you on your travels. But carrying your knives can quickly become cumbersome and inconvenient. With the CHEF, simply fold the two flaps and roll up the pouch. You can then use the adjustable straps to secure the pouch. Voila! Super compact and discreet, it will fit into any backpack or suitcase.
A knife roll pouch should be sturdy. The CHEF is made of waxed canvas, a wax-coated material that's very durable. The knives won't risk piercing through the fabric of the flaps, and the pouch can withstand the weight of the blades without getting damaged.
We also chose this material for its water-repellent properties. Water will slide off the canvas without penetrating it. It's also more resistant to stains, which is practical if you keep your CHEF by your side while you cook.
A knife roll pouch that looks amazing makes you want to cook. The waxed canvas gives the CHEF a classy and modern look. The closing flap and adjustable straps are made of genuine leather, adding the vintage touch that adds to its charm. You can take it with you just to show off ;)
The pouch is available in 3 colors: Navy Blue, Sand, and Charcoal. There's something for everyone. It can be matched with the no. 547 apron for a stylish chef's look.
Tired of your blades dulling when you store them in their case? Want them to be safe when you take them with you? No worries, we've added a Velcro strap to keep all the knives in place. They won't move and won't risk bumping into each other. The waxed canvas flaps cover them to ensure they are well-protected. They also prevent you from getting injured when opening the pouch. Safety first!
And to prevent scratches on your blades, we recommend putting protection on each of them.
The CHEF is multi-compartment and can accommodate 9 knives. That gives you plenty of options when preparing your delicious dishes. Chef's knife, slicing knife, or steak knife, you can take them all! The pouch measures 38.5cm in height, so you can store knives up to 37cm long. Even your favorites will have their place ;)
To maintain the CHEF, it's not too complicated. Just wipe a damp sponge over the waxed canvas parts. If you still see stains after that, you can use Alaskan MAKER cleaner. To give it a fresh look, you can use our wax bar. As for the leather, it's advisable to moisturize it with a cream from time to time.
